We had quite limited funds when it came to home buying, but Melanie was savvy enough to know what minor things to tweak in order for us to successfully sell our home and then purchase our dream home. She is extremely dedicated to helping her clients have the best outcome, and I was honestly shocked at how hard she worked for us, haha!
